Armers Moncure is the founder of AMI Global--A Consulting, Training and Seminar Development company specializing in providing training content and services that empowers its clients (companies, organizations, and individuals) to incorporate their Minds (Logic) and their Hearts (Passion) to ignite effort and sustain performance for long term growth in their work life. AMI consults and
trains companies and organizations on increasing Employee Engagement using a
proprietary technology. When using this tool, Executives,
Directors and Managers give their Business Unit, Division, or Department’s staff
permission to “Take The Test”.
This self-discovery process allows them to look within and identify
their Work Passions, and develop an implementation plan to ensure that each
employee is doing the work they love and making daily decisions which are
consistent with the company mission.
Utilizing this system, leads to improved teamwork, increased innovation,
and increased productivity creating an environment where staff members gladly “own”
their roles and excel with ease. Armers also leads
fun filled, dynamic Passion Test Workshops for individuals/groups, helping them
identify and re-connect with their Top 5 Life Passions which provides clarity
for living a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Passion is the ingredient that brings more meaning,
more spark, more purpose to living—without it, life oftentimes feels dull, empty,
or like something’s missing! This is why Armers is currently writing his first
book: Pure Passion: The ‘It Factor’
in the shift toward Extraordinary and beyond (To be released in 2011). |
